Visko and Google Cloud Team Up to Bring Live Models to More Creators and Developers
Today we're excited to announce that Visko is collaborating with Google Cloud to scale Orbis, our Live Model for real-time world generation. We bring the models, and Google Cloud brings infrastructure expertise and go-to-market support. Together we'll put Orbis in the hands of more creators, developers, and businesses.
Why Live Models need a different kind of infrastructure
Most generative video tools produce a fixed clip, and you wait for it to finish. Live Models work differently: they generate continuously and respond as you interact with them, so you can shape a digital world as it unfolds. That means every part of the system has to keep pace with a live stream, as long as the session runs.
This kind of workload depends on infrastructure built for fast, efficient handling of compute, memory, and data movement. That's why Google Cloud's Tensor Processing Units (TPUs) are a natural fit for Orbis, and why we're excited to build on them.
What the collaboration looks like
Our work with Google Cloud has two parts:
- Infrastructure: Google Cloud's technical teams are working side by side with ours to optimize TPU infrastructure for real-time world generation, so Orbis can grow with demand.
- Go-to-market: We're running joint initiatives to introduce Live Models to customers and developers. We started with a fireside chat during SF Tech Week, and we're keeping that momentum going in LA this week.
“Our ambition is to power a new generation of interactive worlds that people can shape in real time,” said Will Yin, Founder and CEO of Visko. “Google Cloud's commitment to working closely with us on the infrastructure our models need is critical to bringing that vision to more creators and developers.”
“Visko brings an exciting new class of real-time workloads to the TPU ecosystem,” said Dave Elliott, Head of Developer Advocacy for AI at Google Cloud. “Working with startups like Visko shows what our AI infrastructure makes possible, and we're excited to help developers bring interactive worlds to life.”
Living worlds, live on stage in SF and LA
We kicked off our go-to-market efforts with Google Cloud at SF and LA Tech Week. In San Francisco, our fireside chat explored what it takes to make AI-generated worlds feel alive in real time, and why TPUs are well suited to the workloads behind them. In LA, we hosted a Live Models Night at Google’s Venice campus, with a live demo of Orbis and a conversation on AI world simulation, Hollywood production, and high-performance cloud computing.

What's next
Real-time world generation opens the door to products that respond to people as they use them. Think creative tools, interactive entertainment, live commerce, AI companions, education, and simulated environments. For developers and businesses, it's a chance to build new products, services, and business models around personalization and real-time interaction. We can't wait to see what you build.
